Why do online and blended programs fail? Too often, the answer to this question is associated with an unintentional misalignment between the program’s learning goals and business goals. This session explores practical techniques for creating exceptional learning experiences that align to sound business practices. You will also discover how to create, test, and refine program models that support sustainability and adaptiveness in times of rapid change.
