Creative teams are vital for institutions as they drive innovation and scalability. However, keeping them engaged can be challenging, as creativity requires constant inspiration and motivation. Learn how to stay creative teams engaged and performing at their best.
Extended Abstract
My Curriculum department had one of the lowest engagement scores in the organization. Last year after working closely with our People and Culture team, we became one of the most improved engaged departments in the organization, where our scores jumped from 67 to 84.
At the end of the session, participants will learn:
- How is engagement measured, and what are the key dimensions
- Strategic measures were taken to improve engagement by working with the People and Culture team/Human Resources
- Self-assessment tools used to learn about the colleagues
