Brief Abstract
This presentation provides an education leaders' reflections on the quest to provide a cohesive blueprint for inclusive excellence in online and digital learning delivery. We will explore initiatives used in post secondary education spanning over two decades and best practices that have worked for instructional leaders in selected Caribbean and US territories.
